What happens if I lose access to the email registered in Quantia?

How to recover your account without access to your email.

Follow these steps to recover or update your email address safely:


Step 1: Contact our support team.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
"Account modification request – [your full name]"


Step 2: Request the email change.
In the body of the email, include the following information:

1) Account holder information:

  • Full name

  • ID document number

  • Current email associated with your Quantia account

  • Reason for the request

2) New email information:

  • Full name

  • ID document number

  • New email address (must be registered in Quantia)

3) Attach identity verification.
Attach a selfie of yourself holding your ID (passport or national ID). Make sure the image is clear and both your face and ID details are fully visible.
This step is essential to verify your identity and protect your account.

Remember that the new email address must be an active account in Quantia and must have completed the identity verification process.

Step 3: Confirmation and form signature.
Once the information is validated, we’ll send you a document through DocSend, where you’ll need to:

  • Confirm the account holder information and the transfer of funds to the new associated account.

  • Digitally sign the agreement.

  • Review the next steps for account modification.

This document serves as formal proof of the account change and will remain linked to your Quantia account.

Step 4: Log in with your new account and re-enable 2FA.
Access your Quantia.io account and set up two-factor authentication again from the Security section in your account settings.



It’s very important to reactivate 2FA as soon as possible — this adds an extra layer of security and is required for making withdrawals.

Always make sure that the email you receive comes exactly from [email protected].
