If you forgot your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps to reset it quickly and safely:
Step 1: Go to Quantia.io from your usual browser.
Step 2: Start the recovery process. On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?”, located just below the password field.
Step 3: Enter your email address associated with your Quantia account. This is where you’ll receive the verification code.
Step 4: Verify your identity. Check your inbox (and spam folder if necessary) and open the email from Quantia containing the verification code.
Step 5: Enter the received code. Copy or type the code from the email into the corresponding field on the platform.
Step 6: Create a new password. Once the code is validated, you’ll be able to set a new password. Make sure it meets Quantia’s security requirements.
Step 7: Confirm your new password. Re-enter it to confirm the change.
Once completed, the process will be finished and you’ll be able to log in with your new password.

Choose a strong password: avoid personal information and use unique combinations not reused on other sites.
Update it regularly: it’s good practice to change your password periodically.
