How to report potential fraud on your account

If you notice any unusual activity or transactions you don’t recognize, contact our support team immediately.

You can do this in the following ways:

  • Send an email to [email protected].

  • Create a ticket from the Help Center within the platform.

For your security, we will proceed with a preventive account lock until the situation is verified and it’s confirmed that there’s no risk.

If you detect suspicious activity outside Quantia’s service hours, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“URGENT – ACCOUNT LOCK”

Our team will prioritize these cases and take action as soon as possible.
