Why hasn’t my deposit been credited yet?

Possible causes of deposit delays

Updated over a week ago

If your deposit has not been credited correctly, we recommend reviewing the following common issues that may cause errors or delays:

Block confirmation delay

Cryptocurrency transactions require a minimum number of confirmations on the network before being credited.
You can verify whether you entered the correct deposit information and check the status of your transaction on the blockchain.
If your transaction appears on the blockchain, make sure it has reached the required number of confirmations.
Your deposit will be credited once it reaches that number.

Minimum deposit amount not reached

Each token has a minimum required amount for the deposit to be processed.
Before making a deposit, ensure you send at least the minimum amount shown on the Quantia deposit page.
Otherwise, the deposit may fail.

Deposit of unsupported cryptocurrencies

Only tokens and networks supported by Quantia can be deposited.
Before sending a deposit, make sure you have selected a cryptocurrency and network compatible with the platform.
Using an unsupported one may result in a failed deposit.

Incorrect address or network

Using an incorrect address or network can also prevent your deposit from being credited.
Before sending a deposit, ensure that you’ve selected the correct network supported by Quantia.
Otherwise, the deposit may not be processed.

Combined deposits

Quantia recommends sending only one deposit request per transaction.
When making a deposit, always send a single request at a time.
If you send multiple requests in one deposit transaction, your deposit will not be credited.
