Required documents for identity verification (KYC)
To complete your registration and verification process on Quantia, you’ll need to provide the following documents:
National ID (DNI) or Passport — front and back
Utility bill — issued within the last three months and in your name
Driver’s license
Image requirements
To ensure your verification is processed without delays, please make sure your images meet these conditions:
High quality and good lighting
Fully legible: no glare, blurring, or covered text
Original format, with no digital edits
Formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF y HEIC
If any of the images don’t meet the requirements, your registration can’t be completed. In that case, you’ll receive an email notification asking you to re-upload the documents correctly.
