Step 1: Go to Transactions in the platform.
Step 2: Locate the withdrawal you want to cancel and click Details.
The cancellation option will only appear if the status is Pending.
Step 3: In the withdrawal summary, click Cancel withdrawal and confirm.
Step 4: Return to Transactions and make sure the status has changed to Canceled.
⚠️ Important:
Once the withdrawal status changes to Approved, it can no longer be canceled.
When you cancel a withdrawal, the funds are automatically returned to your available balance.
