On October 2, 2024, we completed the seventh buyback of QIA (Class A) corresponding to Q3 2024. The repurchased QIAs represent 49.25% of the total in circulation, bringing the overall total to 77.66%.

Additionally, we have finalized the sale of the FTX debt to a U.S. debt fund. In the coming weeks, we will proceed with the remaining buybacks of QIA Class A and QIA Class B.
This process may take a few weeks, as once the payment in U.S. dollars is received, it must be converted to USDT before carrying out the QIA repurchase. We estimate the entire process will be completed before the end of the year.
With this, we will remove all QIAs from circulation—approximately two years after their creation, one year ahead of schedule—completely eliminating the risk of the judicial process being extended over time.
As soon as we have a confirmed date for the final QIA buyback, we will communicate it.
